Since we could not join the group tour in October, we opted for the individual bicycle tour in Ibiza during the first week of October. A fantastic trip in a wonderful season with wonderful weather while it was autumn in Holland. The northern part of the island is beautiful for cycling; with e-bikes, the tours were quite manageable for us, with occasional tough climbs and steep descents. A visit to the caves is well worth the extra climb.
With the GPS system, the tours were easy to follow. In case of problems with the bike or the GPS, the rental company was very helpful. Especially the help of Oscar, the technical guy from the rental company was excellent.
We enjoyed the luxurious hotel Tropic Garden, spacious rooms with a balcony where we could park the bikes, swimming pool, and wonderfully varied buffets.
